One thing in advance: Our relocation team is also there for you in times of Corona and will take care of your move in the usual quality!
If you are under quarantine due to an infection or suspicion, your move will unfortunately have to be postponed. Should this occur, please inform us immediately.
We have also taken some precautions and are also dependent on your cooperation in some places. Currently, moves within Germany are still possible without any problems. Also moves to and from Austria or Switzerland are – as of now – feasible, but may involve quarantine times for our deployed team.
In general, we avoid social contact as much as possible to protect you and our employees from possible infection. What do we do specifically?
- Refrain from shaking hands to greet each other
- Only small moving teams in the same place at the same time
- Hygiene measures in accordance with the recommendations of the RKI (regular hand washing and disinfection)
In addition, we try to handle all physical points of contact (such as an inspection of the removal goods) digitally. For this purpose, we use the possibilities of a virtual inspection.
Postponement of the moving date
If you have already planned or booked a move with us within the next days and weeks, you can contact us at any time. We will be happy to check the possibilities of a postponement for you (bring forward or later move).
Temporary storage of your removal goods
In case you already have to leave your home, but your move is scheduled for a later date, we offer temporary storage of furniture and household goods in our fully equipped furniture warehouse. Alternatively, our Self Storage offers rental storage rooms from 1-20sqm.
What can you do yourself?
In principle, we recommend that the risk groups defined by the RKI have a family member carry out the relocation preparations and accompany them on relocation day. In addition, we ask that you allow our team on site access to sanitary facilities so that our team can comply with hygiene standards.
